Flare Surfing

That's right, Red Bull have done it again. This, their latest headline-grabbing daredevil stunt, shows off the surfing skills of one Mr. Bruce Irons as he rides some Indonesian waves... with a lit flare strapped onto the back of his board.

The resulting footage is nothing short of magnificent, making it looks like Bruce has some sort of rocket powering him along the water.

Then, to make matters even more awesome, they set up the flare-bound surfboard for a ride in the middle of the night. Pitch black flare-surfing, anyone? Probably best leave it to the professionals.
